At Allegiant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Blades may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Frames may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, frames must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@allegianteyewear.com provide your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
