All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
While we strive to meet the delivery times above, delays may occur due to weather, high demand, or carrier issues. Allegiant Eyewear is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [support@allegianteyewear.com] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
