We understand how inconvenient it is when your glasses break unexpectedly. That’s why we created Allegiant Protection Plan, a limited 1-year warranty program designed to give you peace of mind with every order—prescription or non-prescription.
How It Works: Add Allegiant Protection Plan to your order and if your frames break within one year from the date of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge and ship your new pair directly to your door—no extra cost, no hassle.
Daily Routine: Regularly clean the temple blades as part of your daily glasses care.
• Inspect Often: Look out for dirt buildup in areas that touch your skin.
• Choose the Right Tools: Always use mild soap, warm water, and microfiber cloths to keep your glasses in top condition.
What to Avoid
• Harsh Chemicals: Skip cleaners with alcohol or ammonia, as they can damage the temple cover material.
• Paper Towels: These can cause scratches on both lenses and frames.
With just a few simple steps, you can keep your blades clean, comfortable, and ready to wear.

Blades
Blades may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Frames
Frames may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, frames must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@allegianteyewear.com provide your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
